The MADSCAD 4-1/2” is a must have in every tackle box. This was the first lure launched by Nomad in 2015 and has cemented itself as a fish catching weapon in any situation. It is a sinking stickbait that can be worked slow or fast with long or short twitches of the rod tip. A stop start retrieve creates an erratic swimming action that fish simply cannot resist. It is also a long-distance casting stickbait ideal for nearly every saltwater species. If you were to choose one lure to catch the most variety of bluewater species, then the MADSCAD 4-1/2” is the lure.

BKK hardware means confidence with every hook set. Every hook made contains the expertise and cratsmanship of over a hundred years of hook making and gives you the ultimate confidence when fighting big fish.
We ensure that the painting process and the quality of the finish on all lures is protected and likely to last longer by applying 3 final coats of a super tough clear resin to the outside of all lures. It provides additional color depth and ensures that the finish on your lure will last longer.
HD ABS System
Normal plastic was simply not strong enough for our lures, so we designed a special formula of High Density ABS plastic, which is a white color and is ultimately stronger than other plastics used for lure production. These lures also feature a thicker wall construction, meaning ultimate strength and durability.
Gorilla Through Wire
This through wire system has the wire bend around a set of extra plastic supports internally, making the wire less likely to separate from the lure body and ensuring ultimate strength. The through wire is also welded at both ends to ensure you never lose that big fish.

This is genuinely 'one lure to do it all'. Me and two buddies recently managed a bonanza on the Yellow Fin Tuna off of Puerto Vallarta, Nayarit, MX. The three of his hit 50 modest tuna in under 2 hours using only Madscad 115s. No structural damage to any of the lures although paintwork was a bit beaten up. At 20 fish per lure (with plenty of life left in them) that's £0.75 per fish (with more to come)! Super easy to work, even a straight retrieve imparts movement. Also had a bunch of Jack Crevalle, Big Eye Trevally, Dorado, Pacific Bonito and Sierra Mackerels on these lures in this part of the world over the last several years. If it's near the surface it will eat it.
