Shipping policy

Orders placed from our USA website ship from Texas, USA. All orders are packed and shipped during business days (Mon-Fri). All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx at our discretion.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100USD within mainland USA (External territories/states may be charged shipping e.g Guam). This excludes Gift Cards and orders containing fishing rods.

For international orders (E.g. Canada, Mexico, South America) you may be subject to customs or import tax, imposed by the governing body in your country.

Nomad Design cannot control this or confirm if you will be subject to additional import taxes or not, or any delays your country’s customs office may cause.

For shipments across country borders please be aware that you are responsible for any shipping and additional duties, taxes, and other related charges customs may charge. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be before placing your order with Nomad Design. We offer free shipping on International orders over $150USD. This excludes Gift Cards and orders containing fishing rods.    

We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to major holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.
