What is Vibing?

"Vibing is a highly effective Fishing System involving Lures, Rods, Braid, Leader and Storage systems, centered around using 2 types of soft vibration baits with a particular technique to catch fish in 2ft - 300ft of water. I've been fishing vibes in Australia and around the world since I was a kid and Nomad has now made a pat. pending Vibe that leaves everything else for dead it's that good. I started using these on my charters in Florida and Vibing with the Nomad Vertrex catches fish for my clients when live baits don't even work! Let me show you how to Vibe!"

Vibing Begins

Watch How Nomad Design founder Damon Olsen and Capt. Jarad 'Dingo" Boshammer have teamed up to develop Vibing and the required techniques to catch just about every key US inshore species. "Dingo" as his mates call him has pioneered the technique in the USA and has developed the methods and techniques to use these lures to catch more fish in a variety of situations. The Vibing Technique has been refined and perfected in Australia & Japan for over 20 years, it's super easy, it simply catches fish in 2ft - 300ft of water and it's been proven in the USA by some of the best charter captains in the USA on everything from Striped bass to Sea Bass, from Snook to redfish and grouper to snapper.

Vibing Technique - Inshore

So How do you Vibe Bro? Well it's actually pretty easy. The Video above shows the technique developed by #NomadVibemaster Capt. Jarad "Dingo" Boshammer for inshore fishing with the Vertrex Swim and the Max vibes from 75 - 110 sizes for redfish, snook, seatrout, Striped Bass, black drum and many other shallow water species. The Vertrex Vibe is the name given to all the Vibes in the Nomad range developed just for this type of fishing.

Vibing Technique - Offshore

The Offshore Vibing Technique is demonstrated by #Nomadvibemaster Mat Scholz from Pelagic Pursuit Youtube Channel showing us how to catch Red Snapper on the Vertrex Max 130 in 180-200ft of water.

2 Very Different Models The Swim vs Max Vibes

There are 2 very different types of Vibes in the Vertrex Family. The (pat. pending) Swim model is completely unique and it swims when sinking to immitate a wounded fish and then vibrates when lifted. The Swim model is for intermediate to advanced anglers and cannot be used on a straight retrieve.
The Max model is for maximum depth and maximum vibration. This is Nomad's version of a classic vibration bait and it simply works better because it sinks fast and level and vibrates harder.

Braid for Vibing

It's important to have thin, abrasion resistant and strong braid for vibing. Faster sink rates mean more bites in a loty of situations and fishing around structure demands an abrasion resistant braid. Panderra is used by Capt. Jarad "Dingo" Boshammer for both inshore and offshore fishing.
