Nomad Partners with Oliver Ngy & Big Bass Dreams

Nomad Design Tackle is excited and honoured to announce our new partnership with Oliver Ngy and the team at Big Bass Dreams.

When Nomad decided to enter the Freshwater Fishing space, we knew that the same “Crafted By Experience” philosophy that propelled Nomad to the top of the Saltwater fishing world, would have to be adhered to. We immediately began surrounding ourselves with talented and experienced Freshwater fisherman and Oliver certainly meets that description.

Oliver started where many of us did, at the very edge of big deep water as a complete beginner, or as he puts it “A skinny kid scrambling around rocks trying to catch Crappie". While he never lost his love for Crappie fishing, he has gone far beyond that. He now runs a huge online empire, fishes in Bassmaster Opens and is in demand from sponsors, anglers, and adoring fans. His addition to the Nomad Design Pro Staff has immediately reaped benefits as he offered his insights into what would make Nomad the same household word it is in the Saltwater game. 

Straight away Oliver and his Big Bass Dreams Team set to testing and while not everything was complimentary, we took his feedback onboard as he tested current Nomad Freshwater baits and helped us create new ones. From lure design to nuanced colours, Oliver's knowledge and expertise will ensure these baits will be in your tackle box for a long time. His and other Pro Staffers ‘experience’ is helping craft the future of Nomad Freshwater and we could not be happier.
